Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Zayeen LLC as the operator of Invitesia (“we”). By registering an account, purchasing a pack or using the Service in any way, you agree to all provisions on this page and our Privacy Policy .

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Definitions

• Service — www.invitesia.com and all its features for creating, sharing and tracking digital invitations.
• Invitation — a web page you create using an Invitesia template.
• User Content — text, photos, videos, music, guest lists and other materials you upload.
• Credits — balance units that determine how many guests can receive your Invitation.
• Guest — a person who receives or opens your Invitation.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a lawful guardian to create an account.
• Registration information must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One account is intended for one user. Selling, renting or sharing account access with others without our consent is prohibited.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised account use.

4. Packs, Credits & Guest Quotas

Invitesia offers paid packs with different guest quotas. Current pricing and feature details are always set out on the Pricing page.

• The guest quota applies per invitation according to the pack you purchase, and decreases as invitations are sent to guests.
• Credits that have been used cannot be returned to your balance.
• We may change pack prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to packs you have already paid for.
• Abuse of the credit system, such as creating multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain free quotas, may result in account suspension.

5. Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
• Paid features become active once payment is confirmed. Delays in confirmation by payment providers are beyond our control.
• Payment confirmations and receipts are sent to your registered email address.

6. Refunds

Because the Service is digital and available for immediate use, purchases are generally final. A refund may be considered if:

• A duplicate payment was made for the same transaction;
• A pack fails to activate due to a technical error on our part that we cannot fix within a reasonable time;
• No credits have been used and the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Submit your request through our official contact channels with proof of the transaction. We will review it and respond within 14 business days.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all User Content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence solely to store, display and distribute your Invitations according to your instructions.

You warrant that:

• You own the rights to uploaded photos, videos and music, or have obtained valid permission or licences;
• You are entitled to use the guest data you import for sending invitations;
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

We may remove User Content reported to infringe copyright or legal requirements, without prior notice where necessary.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

• Send spam, fraudulent messages, phishing attempts or bulk messages unrelated to event invitations;
• Upload pornography, violence, hate speech, discriminatory content involving ethnicity, religion or other social groups, or other illegal material;
• Infringe another party's copyright, trademarks or privacy;
• Insert malicious code, malware or damaging scripts;
• Reverse engineer, perform automated scraping, or attempt to compromise the system or other users' accounts;
• Resell our Service or templates as your own products without a written partnership agreement.

Violations may result in removal of Invitations, account suspension and/or legal action, without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Invitesia templates, designs, code, logos, trademarks and materials belong to Zayeen LLC and are protected by law. The pack you purchase grants a right to use templates for your own events, not a transfer of ownership.

Without written permission, you may not copy, modify for resale or distribute our templates outside the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, infrastructure provider outages or force majeure events such as natural disasters, widespread power failures and national network disruptions.

We will announce scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” (as is). To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses arising from guests failing to receive invitations due to incorrect numbers, operator blocking or third-party disruptions;
• We are not responsible for the content of Invitations you create or the accuracy of their event information;
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Invitesia in the preceding 6 months.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or a request from a lawful authority.

After your account is closed, your Invitations will no longer be accessible and data will be deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. Download important data before closing your account.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect, by email or a notice within the Service. Using the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved through the competent legal channels.
